By using Pixenith you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates applicable law.

Free and paid plans include daily usage limits and per-file size caps as described on the pricing page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — email support@pixenith.com.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Pixenith is operated by Synoviq, Inc.
