About Organize PDF
Organize PDF is the swiss-army knife for page-level edits: a single tool that lets you specify exactly which pages you want and in what order. Drop a PDF, type the new page sequence, and we'll rebuild a clean document.
Power users can rearrange a 100-page deck into a perfect handout in under a minute. Everyone else just uses Merge / Split / Remove Pages — they're easier for one-off jobs.
How Organize PDF works
Three steps. Done in seconds.
-
1
Drop your PDF
One PDF, up to your plan's per-file limit.
-
2
Type the new page order
Pass a list of 1-based page numbers in the Advanced JSON, e.g. ``{"order": [3,1,2,5]}``.
-
3
Download the rebuilt PDF
We stream back a new PDF with exactly those pages in that order. Original isn't modified.

Organize PDF — frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know.
How is this different from Merge or Split?
Merge joins multiple files into one. Split breaks one into many. Organize lets you reorder, delete and duplicate pages within a single document — all in one shot.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Repeat the page number in the order list: ``[1,2,2,3]`` outputs page 2 twice.
Will the new PDF keep my hyperlinks?
External links to URLs are preserved. Internal page-to-page links may need re-targeting if the page order changes.
Why is this tool JSON-only?
An ordered list of arbitrary page numbers is hard to express with simple form fields. For one-off reshuffling, Split + Merge is often simpler.
Is my document private?
Yes. Uploads are encrypted, processed in isolated workers, and deleted within 60 minutes.
