Will column structure be preserved?
Yes for well-aligned tables with clear column boundaries. Tables built with whitespace alignment may need manual column adjustment after conversion.
Can I extract data from scanned PDFs?
Run OCR PDF first to recognise the text. Then PDF to Excel will extract the structure.
Are formulas preserved?
PDFs don't carry formulas — only the final cell values. Use Excel to re-add formulas if needed.
What if there are multiple tables on one page?
Each detected table becomes its own region in the output .xlsx. Heavy manual layouts may need re-tabulation.
