About Rotate PDF

When a scanned page comes in sideways, or a single landscape chart got rotated the wrong way during export, Rotate PDF fixes it in seconds.

Unlike just rotating in your viewer (which only affects how YOU see it), Pixenith actually rewrites the rotation into the PDF itself — so everyone you share the file with sees it the right way up.

How Rotate PDF works

Three steps. Done in seconds.

  1. 1

    Upload your PDF

Any PDF, any size up to your plan cap.

  2. 2

    Pick the rotation

90 clockwise, 180 (flip), or 270 (counter-clockwise). Optionally limit to specific pages.

  3. 3

    Download the rotated PDF

The rotation is baked in — every viewer shows the new orientation.

Rotate PDF — frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know.

How is this different from rotating in Preview / Acrobat?

Viewer rotation is local — only you see it. Pixenith rewrites the page rotation property in the PDF itself so everyone sees the new orientation when you share the file.

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Type a page range like "3" or "2-4" to limit the rotation to specific pages. Leave it blank to rotate every page.

Does rotation lose quality?

Never. We change a metadata flag on each page, not the underlying image. Quality is byte-identical.

Can I rotate pages by 45 or 30 degrees?

PDF's page rotation property only allows 90-degree increments (0, 90, 180, 270). For arbitrary angles, use Add Watermark and rotate text instead.

What about scanned PDFs that came in sideways?

Same path — rotate the document and it's fixed everywhere. Run OCR PDF after to make the text searchable too.
